At Spectrum WoodWorx & 3D Printing, we specialize in high-quality, small-batch fabrication: combining traditional craftsmanship with modern tech. Whether you need a replacement part, a cosplay prop, or a fully finished cinematic-grade piece, we’ve got the tools and the skills to bring it to life.

We’re a Calgary-based maker crew with a full FDM print farm, resin printing, CNC routing, and LiDAR scanning for reverse engineering and prototyping. Every project is personal. Every detail matters.

Services We Offer

3D Printing – FDM

High-strength, precision-tuned filament prints using PLA+, PETG, ABS, or ASA. We don’t do quick-and-dirty: we do clean, durable, and camera-ready when needed. Our largest FDM printer handles parts up to 400 × 400 × 450 mm. Perfect for motion picture props, prototypes, or functional components.

3D Printing – Resin

Ultra-detailed UV resin prints suitable for display, cinematic use, game pieces, or high-end cosplay. We print in layers as fine as 0.03 mm and accommodate parts up to 223 × 126 × 230 mm.

CNC Routing (Wood & Soft Metals)

Custom-cut wood pieces, signage, engraved décor, and prototypes. We run both small and medium CNC machines for precision and scale.

LiDAR Part Scanning

Scan your part (broken or whole) for a digital twin or remanufacturing. Ideal for legacy hardware, artistic replication, or CAD workflows.

Finishing Services

Sanded, smoothed, vapor-treated, or assembled, our hands-on finishing takes your part from printed to production-ready. No painting services provided.
